These rooms include: a small double bed and mattress (120cm wide) with a brand new mattress protector; a desk, chair and drawers; a wardrobe; a pinboard; shelving. Ensuite with: toilet; shower; basin; mirror; shaver light. Please note, some photographs show the room whilst occupied so additional soft furnishings, possessions, etc may be visible – these additional items are not provided with the room.
The shared flats include, a kitchen with: American-style fridge freezer; electric hob; electric oven/grill; sink with mixer tap; combination microwave oven / grill; kettle; toaster. Dining area: dining table and seating. Lounge area with: sofas; large screen TV.
Winton Halls is located right on Winton’s high street close to the shops and a short walk to Uni, also close by is Winton Library, Slades Park – which includes a skate park and velodrome, and Stour Valley Nature Reserve. Bournemouth’s town centre, beaches and nightlife are within easy reach – just a 20 minute bus or cycle ride away.
Our common room includes a big screen tv, foosball table and retro arcade machine (both are free to play). Right next door is a public coin-operated launderette. Our friendly reception team are on site during office hours Monday to Friday and can help with directions, answering questions and signing for your deliveries – for you to collect later.
For your peace of mind contents insurance is included through a specialist student policy from Howden. Other measures include security camera coverage of entrances, common spaces and the cycle store.
